Ever since we have been working diligently to provide a safe environment for both our clients and our team while taking all the necessary measures.

We ask that all our clients and team members continue to follow the public health guidance and adhere to the City guidelines.

In response to increased and high rates of COVID-19 transmission across the United States, the City has issued a Travel Order applicable to both returning Chicago residents and out-of-state visitors arriving in Chicago.  To learn more about Emergency Travel Order, click here

In order to keep our guests and our team safe, we ask that you read and adhere to the following standards:

CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled within the 24-hour period, we are reserving the right to charge a no-show/late cancelation fee. Please DO NOT visit the salon if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive or if you or a household member with a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or a communicable/high-risk illness.

APPOINTMENTS At this time, only guests with scheduled appointments will be permitted into the salon. We apologize, but you’ll not be allowed to bring children or other people to your appointment, except for caretakers, or pets, except for service animals.

NOT FEELING WELL If you have a fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, or have been exposed to someone with the symptoms mentioned above in the past 14 days, we ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us.

FACE COVERINGS All guests will be required to wear a mask during the entire time while in the salon. It will need the ability to fasten behind the ears. Please know that color and/or hair products may stain your mask during your service.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS We will appreciate it if you can bring the least amount of personal belongings to your appointment. If possible, please leave your coat and bags at home or in your car.

SALON ARRIVAL Please, arrive at your appointment on time. For the safety of our clients and our staff, our waiting area will not be available at this time. We may need to shift your appointment time by 15-20 minutes to optimize safety in the salon. Please check your appointment time in the confirmation email or text.

HYGIENE Upon entering the salon, please wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer.

CONTACT-FREE CHECKOUTS Contact-free checkouts are available upon your request. Please provide your card (payment) information to our receptionist during your checkout.

MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS There have been several changes we have made to our process in order to keep our clients safe, and healthy! All clients receiving services, and/or associated makeup artists will get their temperature checked. Guests who are getting makeup services are allowed to take off their masks only during the makeup application process. Our staff will be wearing face masks for your protection and ours for the duration of the entire service.

The policies above will be required of all guests in the salon and no exceptions will be made. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

If you have health conditions and are concerned about your ability to comply with the guidelines, please let us know by sending an email at at least 24-hour before your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


We want to do everything we can to provide the safest, most efficient environment possible for our clients and team.

We follow strict CDC guidelines and protocols and regularly disinfect and sanitize all high touch areas and surfaces in compliance with health and safety requirements from the City of Chicago and the State Cosmetology Board.
