In accordance with CDC guidelines and the City of Chicago new mask advisory, we updated our mask policy:

Beginning Monday, February 28th, 2022 masks are now optional for all team members and guests.

​

We want you to feel comfortable in our salon. Please feel free to wear a protective face covering during your salon visit and ask your stylist to wear one, too.

CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY Gold Coast Salon adheres to a 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.

CONTACT-FREE CHECKOUTS Contact-free checkouts are available upon your request. Please provide your card (payment) information to our receptionist during your checkout.

SALON SAFETY INFORMATION

We want to do everything we can to provide the safest, most efficient environment possible for our clients and team.

We follow strict CDC guidelines and protocols and regularly disinfect and sanitize all high touch areas and surfaces in compliance with health and safety requirements from the City of Chicago and the State Cosmetology Board.

MAKEUP SERVICES

Makeup Artists will be able to wear a protective face mask upon your request during the service.
