Beginning Friday, August 20th, 2021 masks are mandatory for all team members and guests, regardless of vaccination status.

CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled within the 24-hour period, we are reserving the right to charge a no-show/late cancelation fee. CONTACT-FREE CHECKOUTS Contact-free checkouts are available upon your request. Please provide your card (payment) information to our receptionist during your checkout.


We want to do everything we can to provide the safest, most efficient environment possible for our clients and team.

We follow strict CDC guidelines and protocols and regularly disinfect and sanitize all high touch areas and surfaces in compliance with health and safety requirements from the City of Chicago and the State Cosmetology Board.


Mask may be removed for makeup application. Artist will continue to wear a protective face mask at all times.
