APPOINTMENTS

Please, arrive at your appointment on time. For the safety of our clients and our team, our waiting area will not be available at this time.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to Gold Coast Salon, they’re reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 48 hours notice for cancellations. We require a valid credit card on file for purposes of guaranteeing your reservation. Please be sure to provide us with updated emails and phone numbers.

If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 48 hours notice it is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

If you running late, and a modification of your appointment is required, the same rules mentioned above will apply! Appointments that are booked within the 48 hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

If you don’t show or cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service price. 

​

We require a 50% deposit for all hair extensions and a $100 deposit for all services that are long including BALAYAGE HIGHLIGHTS, FOIL HIGHLIGHTS, KERATIN and more. The deposit will be applied towards your services on the day of your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or reschedule within the requested 48-hour time frame. If you cancel your appointment in advance (at least 48 hours prior to the appointment originally booked), please email us at info@goldcoastsalon.com, to get your deposit refund.

We make every effort to remind you of your reservation prior to your scheduled date. As a courtesy, we will send you to confirm you appointment via email and text 48 hours in advance of the appointment. By doing so, you are agreeing and accepting the above terms. Please, respond to confirm your appointment! Additionally, a reminder text will be sent to you 24 hours in advance.

We recognize the time of our guests and ours is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.

MULTIPLE RESCHEDULING

Any more than 3 late cancelations or no-shows in a 12-months period may result in no longer being able to receive service at Gold Coast Salon.

IMPORTANT – APPOINTMENTS REQUIRING LONGER TIME

We will need extra time for a thorough consultation and proper time to create your new stunning look! A deposit of $100 will be required in order to book your appointment.

TRANSFORMATIONS

Due to the complexity of each individual process and technique for drastic color transformations and lived-in colors, the following price of $100+/per hour will be incorporated. Please keep in mind that the duration for these appointments can vary anywhere from 4 to 6+ hours. If you have questions regarding color correction services (that may include Foil Highlights, Babylights, Balayage, Ombré, etc.) consult with a stylist. We offer complimentary color consultations for our guests!

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS OUTSIDE SALON REGULAR HOURS

For appointments outside of our services providers regular scheduling hours, a rate of 1.5 x original service price will be implemented!

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We strive to offer our clients the highest level of service. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to accommodate you with no additional charge. This does not include additional products or services to change the look or add to the look. For instance, if you wanted blonde and now think it is too bright and want to add lowlights, this would be a charge.

RETURNS

You can return your products (within 30 days of purchase) for store credit if they are unopened to Gold Coast Salon, 1106 N Dearborn St, Chicago IL, 60610. You must contact us by email at info@goldcoastsalon.com or call 312-643-0629 to request authorization for the return. A copy of your invoice must accompany your return in order to receive credit. Credit cards refunds: please check with your bank terms and regulations, the refund should reflect in your bank account within a few business days.

GIFT CARDS

Our gift cards can be used toward any salon service and for the purchase of retail products. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Gold Coast Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards
